We have a new girl in our organization in our department. She has been home and individual education all her life due to the fact that she had a hard time communicating with her peers and studying in a group. Well, studying and studying is a personal matter for this girl and her parents. The problem is that she can't work in a group at all, she gets lost from any addressed speech. She can't talk and discuss something at a meeting, she can't think quickly. You can see that all this is a terrible stress for her and we are already afraid that she will go crazy, because she is already on sedatives and she is nervous. We are trying to help her but nothing is working. We are not laughing or bullying, very friendly team, but how to be with her? It's very hard for her and for us. How can we help? #life #history #interesting

Let's remember that everyone has their own strengths and challenges. It's important to be patient and supportive, offering assistance without pressure. Encouraging small steps towards improvement and providing a safe space for communication can make a big difference. Your kindness and understanding will surely help her feel more comfortable in the group over time.

Consider establishing a mentorship program where she can work one-on-one with a supportive colleague to gradually build her confidence and skills. This personalized approach may help ease her transition into group interactions over time.

It sounds like the new girl may be experiencing symptoms of social anxiety. Encouraging her to gradually participate in group activities and providing a supportive environment could help her feel more comfortable over time. Professional guidance from a therapist or counselor specialized in social anxiety may also be beneficial for her. Patience and understanding are key in such situations.
