Bitwise has applied to create a spot ETF based on XRP Crypto-index fund manager Bitwise has filed an application to create a spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) providing investors access to the XRP token. The application was filed with the Delaware Department of Corporations on Monday and CSC Delaware Trust Company is listed as the registered agent.
