Vegetable forward kind night (not the best 📷but this cook was delish)

Roasted broccoli, red/yellow peppers & porcini mushrooms (?#1) with blackened salmon (?#2) on a bed of steamed rice, w/e it may be looks great!

I should definitely be using sushi rice more broadly

1. Blanched then broiled broccoli with chili flakes 

2. Roasted peppers w balsamic 

3. 3 types of shrooms, roasted with herbs de Provence 

4. Salmon broiled with a smoke paprika rub 

5. Sushi rice with rice wine vinegar
