Runway launched it's turbo model for Gen3 today, it's crazy fast. Is there a difference in quality?

I have noticed that gen 3 turbo consistently is worse at capturing facial expressions. However, I have gotten some cool, trippy, shots out of turbo so I think thats where it will excel.
