I've now "tried" 6 CRMs and here's my TL;DR for new founders new to sales, from worst to best: - 🤮 Salesforce: Horrible UX, insane pricing - 😦 Hubspot: Very limited features unless you pay big - 😕 Clay: Nice UI, but super limited functionality; no deals / sales - 😐 Zoho: Good for emails, free tier pretty good, CRM was hard to use - 🙂 Close: Similar UX and features as Attio, but need Zappier for slack / discord - 😁 Attio: Powerful workflows, clean UI/UX, seems scalable and reasonably priced

My biggest gripe with all of them is that they are harder to use than a spreadsheet ... I have all my leads in a sheet with some simple automation I can just add an LLM to add new functionality, which is much faster than having to crawl through the docs of a CRM see if what I want is possible.
