The first user to complete the steps wins the 10k. 🔴 To participate, you must provide your PayPal email address and recovery code. They emphasize urgency, exclusivity, and legitimacy by referring to insider contacts, the X page of PayPal (no public information about the challenge yet), and their own involvement. The sender presents themselves as a "regular user" collaborating with PayPal support.
