I want to share with you the recipe for my favorite sauce for baked red fish. 
Finely chop the dill and add the garlic. Squeeze lemon juice, orange juice, a spoonful of honey or sugar into olive oil, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and ground pepper. Mix the ingredients.
