The Trump Organization, together with the developer Dar Global, announced an ambitious project - an 80-story skyscraper that will become a symbol of luxury and innovation in Dubai

• Address: Sheikh Zayed Road, overlooking Burj Khalifa
• Height: 350 meters
• Completion: by the end of 2031

🏢 What will be inside:
• Hotel with 126 rooms
• 446 apartments
• Duplex penthouses with private pools
• The highest outdoor pool in the world
• Possibility of payment in @Bitcoin and @Ethereum

Dar Global is already reporting strong demand for the property.

This is Trump's first skyscraper in the Middle East since a cancelled 2008 project. Another joint project with Dar Global is also in the works in Qatar
