It's actually surprisingly easy to make simple hot chocolate: 1. Boil a cup of almond or coconut milk 2. Add 10-15g of dark chocolate 3. Drink I quite like it! https://i.imgur.com/qw9uPv5.jpg

i've seen you noting that chocolate is one of your to-go things to eat how do you manage the sugar intake with it? do you have to/want to manage the sugar intake? or maybe it is such a small dose of sugar that you don't mind? simply curios, for some reason this trait looks unique

I eat 85-100% dark chocolate. At those levels it basically has no sugar and is a health food.

But note the darker choc has more fat content, so you just need a bit of it for benefits.
