One of my disappointments in myself is that I've not been able to reprogram myself to actually want to eat bugs (except those cricket cookies).

Escamoles (ant eggs) and Oaxaca chapulines (deep-fried grasshoppers) are great. 

But still can’t compete with chicken mole haha
