Definitely a challenge: the official instructions left me completely lost re how to install grub. But GPT handholding helped, and I'm impressed and found the experience surprisingly educational!

yeah, way lower battery usage, it's impressive

The thing with arch is it allows you to minimize resource usage, therefor enables you to maximize CPU and mem left for your nodes and procs.
Don't forget to install auto-cpufreq. A lot of people forget that arch does not scale without it.
