So apparently the new vocabulary alpha is that these days "games" just means "gambling", and so if you want to talk about actually interesting games you say "e-sports"

most interesting games are not e-sports though. my mind is conflicted about this.

In Russia, chess has been considered a "sport" for a long time.

So... the concept of a sport can be quite expansive!

Same with darts here in the UK....which probably says a lot about the UK :D

I think what pugson was trying to say is that most actually interesting games aren't even e-sports compatible, I think?
