Something I like about verkle is that you don't need to have the full state (or most of state) in order to generate a proof of the new state. How would an Ajtai's hash impact this?

Ajtai HF also will provide a quantum resistant cryptography to EVM

But i would to like say something here:

1) Lattice Based Functions are computationally expensive 

2) Storages needs might increase significantly 

3) Compatibility to EVM and  API bases could be tractable 

(By the way, Ajtai is not collision resistant if Z^n extended) 

I see good foresight and the intention to hit several with one stone 👌
