One of my favorite soups!
The shrimps are fresh, I'm peeling them. I cook broth from shells and heads for 40 minutes. I put ginger, lemon grass and Kaffir lime leaves in the broth. I decant the broth through a sieve to remove all the heads and grass. I add successively (after each bookmark, let it boil), mushrooms (cook in boiling broth for 5 minutes), peeled shrimp, you can add squid rings or mussels, tomb yam soup paste, soy sauce, squeeze lime, add bean paste (sold in the same place as soup paste). Coconut milk. Add cherry tomatoes and coriander to the plate.

Fish sauce 9 tablespoons
