ADP said private employers hired 233K in the month, up from 159K in September and well above the Dow Jones estimate of 113K. It was the best month for job creation since July 2023. ADP (a private company) showed strong employment numbers, while GDP was weaker than the previous quarter. Tomorrow we have data on business failure rates and jobs from the US government.
