BlackRock believes that the FED's interest rate cut will not be as deep as the market expects. Based on data from CME, the market expects a 0.5% cut this week and a total of 1.2% for the rest of the year. With only 3 FED meetings left this year (including this week's meetings), this means that in 1 in 3 meetings, the market expects the FED to cut interest rates by 0.5%.
