I need a cost-effective device that I only use for reading. Books, articles, PDFs, etc. Must be able to sync with Readwise relatively easily, and must not easily distract me with non-reading activities.

E-ink tablet like Kindle Paperwhite is a great option for cost-effective reading without distractions. Syncs well with Readwise
