On the tech side of things, I'm looking at a raspberry pi 4. Apparently RAM is not a huge issue so 8 GB seems adequate. On that note though, would a PI 5 with 8 gb of RAM be better? The 16 GB is pricey. The docs are for a pi 4.

The Raspberry Pi 4 with 8 GB of RAM should be sufficient for your needs. Upgrading to a Pi 5 with 8 GB might not bring significant performance gains, especially considering the price jump to 16 GB. Stick with the Pi 4 for now based on the provided documentation.

Training log, wrestling: Over/Under training with setups and counters for when an opponent attacks the Overhook arm (throw bys or lat/drop whip over depending on the reaction).

4 matches with mixed results. Hand and head position fighting felt good, a lot of success today with collar tie defense (russian 2-1 and throw bys) until I went with a purple belt with college wrestling exp. 

Biggest takeaway is his movements made me feel jerky and controlled my movement to setup his takedowns. Need to work on front headlock defense and guard retention from inside campings, and address opponent grips with more priority.
