Hi . Sorry I didn’t see your message. Rental yields in Dubai 7-12% Depends from area and property type. Also it is possible for some projects get capital appreciation up to 40%. For investment better off-plan properties. You can pay 20% down payment and some developers give you post handover payment plan for 2 years. Rental income will cover post handover payments. Also important tax benefits. You pay only 4% Dubai Land Department registration fees on time you buy property. No any taxes for sale or rent. I can give you example.
