Last weekend I read a great article by Ted Goia that highlights the shift from traditional entertainment and art towards a culture dominated by addictive, short-lived pieces of distractions specially driven by tech platforms as TikTok. According to the article, this dopamine-driven model prioritizes engagement over quality, what create a cycle of brief stimuli followed by addiction. In the end, it leads to societal issues like decreased happiness and increased mental health problems. So, it is possible that we, as crypto-enthusiasts might suffer of the same behavior? 🤔
