It's a novelty until it's rehashed enough times that it ends up being viewed as spam/low-effort/low-quality frames. Besides the leaderboard, king-of-the-hill component, you need to gamify yoinking in a fun way in order to take it to the next level imo. Even better if it's skill based instead of luck/rng based.

It'd be really cool to see interactive games but that'll probably take some times for things to get to that point. At this point, everything is mostly static in nature like quizzes. One step closer to actually interactive games would be time-based puzzles.
