the problem is that i ve claimed 0 times and it always show 'next claim in x'. i can never claim!

you have claimed though, otherwise you wouldn’t have a flowrate? if it gives you a countdown it means you claimed already!

reserve balance = amount received so far

39 is the amount that's flowed into your account so far, and it's still flowing in at the rate of just over 0.8 per day

if there's a cooldown it means you clicked a button, maybe you just didn't read what it said? or someone is logging in as you and clicking the button!
