token reserve is a locker, your tokens stay there until transferability. that’s how much you earned

how you got them - all the programs are listed on that page and what gets rewarded

I don't think the description page you shared was near as clean as this, so thanks for 'the gist.'  

I guess what I don't understand is what the 'token reserve' is and then even what I do with my 'reserve balance' in the interim?

As I am not sure exactly how I got them, so do I use them in the actual apps listed, or do you only earn them in the apps listed?
