- Only Farcaster members can participate

- Moxie Pass is a soulbound NFT tied to FID; can’t transfer it 

- all members are all eligible for Airdrops, one for 200k+ members based on engagement, one for builders who have proof of work. Builders include community builders and developers 

- airdrops vest daily over 180 days, but members can use unvested Moxie to buy/sell Fan Tokens while vesting 

- Moxie enables Fan Tokens for any entity on Farcaster. To begin with that includes any Member, Channel, or even the entire Farcaster Network. In the future that could extend to anything, including representations of real world assets. Owning Fan Tokens allows for special features and benefits that can be integrated into any Farcaster experience.

- Fan Tokens are designed for utility, not speculation

- when members earn rewards, the rewards are automatically shared with Fans at all levels - members fans, channel fans, network fans

- rewards are paid into the Fan Token smart contracts
