everything can be tokenized β€” and honestly, a lot of things should be, if we want more people to care about putting things onchain. i don't believe tokenizing everything helps in my personal case (mainly as an artist) β€” but i definitely see how it can empower many creators to kickstart their web3 journey. i minted my first NFT in 2020, and it changed my life. now, with simpler tools, even people with zero experience can start experimenting for cheap β€” and maybe change their lives too. being here and opposing people creating coins (whether you call them contentcoins, memecoins, vibecoins, or whatever β€” it's just branding) is basically opposing the free use of the most native onchain asset: the token.

It's just very complicated... standards change every few months... and what seems like a double-edged sword now, may become standardisation tomorrow, and it seems clear that trying to build fences around the TOKEN is not going to help anyone. I believe that 5 years ago, when you set up your first NFT, it sure was complicated (luckily we have you now where you are and we can enjoy what you do), however for those who are starting now and want to be inspired in a way like yours... it seems to me that it will be much more difficult still.

everything keeps on changing, but that's the greatest and most challenging part of crypto in general, it's a constant adaptation game. and being inspired to try and tokenizing things might be more difficult nowadays, specially for artists (that's why i choose not to tokenize everything, and just do it with my most precious creations), as the attention has pivoted hard to memecoins. but if you can see through the noise, that's also a great opportunity to start thinking about how to take advantage of it all to create something unique.
