It's hard to not know.... 😅 either someone inside or outside the restaurant tells you, some Scottish talks you about since they feel particularly proud of it 😇, you check it on your phone when you see the menu or else... I don't remember how but I ordered it in Edinburgh and I didn't dislike it, but it was a one-off.
