Ok, I understand it. I use to call it "parametric art" (importing the concept from parametric architecture). But I would have never called it hand-made, although we you use hands to code the algorithms

Not stochastic, just a combinatorial rule set. I don’t think generative processes necessarily require randomness, just strict rules.
