Points to look forward to in 2023: - Fully decentralization of the protocol (or reverse STO) - Importance of utility-based real yield - Institutional-level participation in governance - Bitcoin as a settlement layer

Regarding 1, we can fully decentralize the protocol to avoid regulation, or we can take a reverse STO strategy to comply with regulation. In case 3, for example, assuming that a company with large liquidity uses AMM rather than CEX, it can make a favorable offer through governance. Ex) fee discounts, etc.

Hm what’s a reverse STO strategy? Never heard of it. 3 is interesting to me and I’d agree. I guess the risk would be the time governance takes (if you’re referring to like a bid on a fee based on volume)

For example, converting to security tokens for dividend payments to distribute protocol revenue
