Today, @refcell.eth and I are excited to announce the MVP of kona, a `no_std` Rust implementation of the components of the OP Stack rollup state transition. Also, built on top, the first alternative fault proof program for the OP Stack 🎉 Full post: https://hackmd.io/@clabby/B1H79bqkR

Any *non-crypto* (nor crypto-adjacent) Rust projects that folks are working on over here / are looking for contributors? Would like to break out of my bubble a bit this winter :) Interested in robotics, networking, system utilities, etc. Will be in my personal time, so can't onboard as a maintainer, but glad to hack.

Does anyone here have experience utilizing the Linux Kernel's `io_uring` in a *single* threaded process that requires higher-than-average i/o requests? What's been your experience in terms of benchmarks, and was it worth the hassle of integrating / using an interface for it in your codebase?
