What is your layering technique to shed heat and stay warm while skiing/touring? Rethinking my layering / material choices.

Generally I try to “be bold, start cold”. Thinner wool base layer, lightweight zip fleece and a goretex jacket. I use my puffer when it’s really cold 🥶
