hi guys, we're going to cook today quick and tasty marinated mushrooms here’s what you’ll need: – 1 kg button mushrooms (unpeeled, just washed) – 150 ml apple cider vinegar – 100–150 ml veggie oil – 1/2 tsp black peppercorns – 20 g salt – 30 g sugar – 5 bay leaves – 6–7 garlic cloves – 1 medium hot chili pepper toss everything into a pot — spices, oil, vinegar, all of it. mix well. add mushrooms. cover, bring to a boil over high heat. then simmer for 5–6 mins. take off the heat and let it chill (literally). outdoors works if it’s cold enough. that’s it. once cooled — dig in. goes amazing with toast, rice, or just straight from the jar. let me know if you try it 💚

A great recipe for pickling in a hurry. But these mushrooms won't last long. I marinate porcini mushrooms or horseradish for the winter.👍😋🫶🍄🟫🍄🟫

yes, you are right dear, these mushrooms need to be eaten quickly, yes they don't stay with us for long, it turns out very tasty 😋👍🫶
