core of this project is smart contracts that allow anyone to create their own client and publish scribbles (ERC721s b64image data) onchain. The fee you pay through this interface is optional you can set it to zero

But it is still not showing in my Warplet, i do not know it should show there or not ?

thanks for mentioning this you are correct ive just tried myself as well and scribbles are currently not showing up in the warplet. They are in your warplet wallet if thats where minted them and you can see them in rainbow or opensea when searching for your wallet address there. I will work on getting them supported in warplet as well thank you again for letting me know about this
