The /impact LA wildfire relief fund is online, allowing everyone to sign-in and auto-allocate leftover $DEGEN and $HAM to the Wildfire Relief fund (first special fund in the app) Needs are changing almost hourly, and this allows us to ensure there is funding at the end of the month, when there will be new needs
