Babylon — the first phase of staking

The project team announced (https://x.com/babylonlabs_io/status/1824370759990472981 ) the first phase of mainnet staking, which is expected to launch next week.

The staking will last approximately 15 months, during which 64,000 blocks will be created. For each block of 1000 BTC, 3125 points will be distributed proportionally among the stake holders. Withdrawal of funds will be available at any time with a delay of 7 days.

Staking criteria:
- The minimum amount of steak is 0.005 BTC;
- the maximum amount of steak is 0.05 BTC;
- the total staking limit is 1000 BTC.
