Until now, there hasn't been a good way to get insight into what frames are popular among someone's friends or wider network. @neynar now has a relevant frames API that returns frames being used by a given user's closest friends (based on "user affinity score" calculated via likes, replies, mentions, and recasts), to help build better frame discovery features.
