Is there a non-vpn privacy tool that would take all my browsing data and mix it in with selected by me other users’ data as our emergent mixed identity layer + data shuffling? I’d like to offer full transparency of my internet life for trusted individuals and protected mixed identity layer for the data collectors.

That way my people will have access to my data, while govs, corps, scrapers & other data collectors have access only to that shuffled soup of data of our tribe, without access to it on individual level. What kind of product nature would this require? I’m interested in both mobile and desktop solutions for this.
