I've spent the last hour trying to rebase @lightclient's eof branch on master and started looking into what work remains to make eof work on geth. It looks like we have 5 out of 19(?) new opcodes implemented and maybe half of the other eips in the Mega-EOF spec.

Just noticed that eof requires both a new transaction type as well as a precompile
