Looking at something or someone and smiling with all your being, appreciating them for what or who they are or have. But there's a tinge of a feeling of "lack" for yourself, a semblence of sadness somewhere inside, for not having it the same way when it is not even something you want in the first place or ever needed. Wild!

Maybe I get this tinge once in a while but I am always genuinely happy if someone I know wins or they are happy.

Yess, most of the times it's genuine happiness & it should be that only. The thing is - how easy it is to get influenced with something that you do not even consider to be important or useful to you. Constant social media presence has highly contributed to it.

You have raised a valid point about our constant Presence on Social media. The influence social media has on us is alarming.
