I've always loved the look of this sign shop off the East New York LIRR stop. It'd be incredible to see it rehabbed one day.

Believe it or not, it is rehabbed! It's an active shop and houses the New York Sign Museum! I took a tour there with my design club. The owners are super knowledgeable about signage.
