💭Thoughts before sleeping #1💭
I've been squeezing all the juices out of myself last time, trying to develop, improve myself and my skills in what I do, and trying to learn something new. At the same time, I try to maintain my physical and mental health, I try to follow my schedule and the developed discipline.
However, I still have feelings and thoughts that I'm not fully working out, that I can do even more, stronger and harder. But in fact, I'm working at the maximum that I can achieve at this point in time, taking into account all factors and other conditions.
All this leads me to misunderstanding and confusion, and I don't know what to do about it. I think that every person's life is arranged in this way. It seems to me that many people have similar obsessive thoughts, even if they work on 100% of their forces.
