It looks great! This may be an "exvoto", the name given to folk art illustrations that depicted an everyday scene that was granted a miracle. They were left as a tribe
In the churches, this tradition began in the late colonial period.
And there are a lot of great things.

It has elements of an exvoto:
An accident or something bad that happened (ill, death,etc)
The image of a Virgin or Saint
Only the written story is missing, but no every exvoto has it, and if is from a rich family often eliminates it (you know 🤫) hehe
