Imagine you are the Dictator of a nation.  You love your people and want to do well by them.  But you are a dictator and what you say goes.  There are no oversights.

You have to pay 30,000 usd a year to house your most violent and demented insane asylum patients.  That is an EVERY YEAR cost and will be that way until the individual dies.  You have thousands of these burdonsome   situations in your nation and paying for it deprives the people of other good things the money could do for them.

DO YOU.... as the dictator..... spend $15,000 in a one time cost and ship those nutjobs to the South Border of America ?  1 and done.  Wipe your hands of it and use all those newly freed up resources to do wonderful things for your people?

Or do you keep paying the burdonsome cost of feeding, housing, medicating, watching over, these crazy people?

You got a lot of bot answers here. I would go with option number 2 and just make sure security is top notch. Shipping them away would only make them cause trouble elsewhere

The thing is shipping them away doesn’t help, it only makes your living spot ‘safer’. As a dictator I have already spent years adjusting and knowing how they behave. Sending them elsewhere people wouldn’t know what to do with these people

so you have a lack of resources to begin with.  Your people are fighting inflation and no one is doing that well.... but you are gonna spend more to beef up security on this already costly burden ?
