1/2 Hello, friends!☺️I trade in the Vooi @vooi-app terminal https://app.vooi.io and today I want to discuss with you an interesting topic about density in the order book. Let's start with the fact that density is a large limit order to buy or sell, which is clearly visible! Such orders can: - Serve as support or resistance levels; - Attract traders' attention (visual anchor) to work with orders, for example, to reposition the density; - Be real or fake (for market manipulation).

2/2 Density repositioning in trading is a term often used by traders working with the order book. This means moving a large order (or several) up or down the order book in order to: - manipulation: trader can show a large order, then remove it, creating the illusion of interest; - mislead: supposedly supports the price or puts pressure from above, but does not plan to execute the order; - break the level: after "feeding" with demand - remove the order and provoke a fall/growth; - watch the market reaction: market makers test levels to see where the real stops or interest are. This is a very interesting topic and to understand it you need a lot of practice and observation. You can start by simply monitoring the order book in @vooi-app and orders.
