What's the difference? - Limit orders - guarantee the price, but don't guarantee execution. - Market orders - guarantee execution, but don't guarantee the price. It's important to remember that it is market orders that form the price movement! Let's look at the difference in orders when breakout trading. When traders see the level forming, they begin to move the price with market orders (including those who put stops on shorts), thus filling limit orders, the accumulation of which is always present on the market. This is why a sharp imbalance appears and the level is broken through. It will be easier to understand if you open your favorite Vooi terminal, look at the chart of any coin and identify level.
