What to do while the crypto market is stagnant?
1) Study. Master new directions, read, delve deeper into the mechanisms of the crypto market and investments in general.
2) Review your strategies, priorities, time management. Analyze your actions and results over the past six months and think about what you can change to reduce risks and earn more.

3) Get quality rest.  In November 2024 - January 2025, the crypto market was so hot that I literally almost didn’t sleep (by the way, my main mistakes were made at night, when I forced myself to work harder), I’m not even talking about some kind of passive-entertaining rest (for example, I don’t watch movies at all, I don’t play any games and I rarely go out to hang out). But even then I found time for sports, meditation, a daily walk, and reading a paper book.
