I don’t understand what’s with making apps and social media complicated, twitter is like garbage without paying 8$, instagram only runs on reels, 0 reach and here with all the tipping and stuff I’m super confused 😠I hate that my art life has to depend on this crappy apps😤

From my personal experience, I can say that efforts to create events or meetings in real life have been more fruitful in terms of building an audience and reaching people useful for the dissemination of my projects (editors, curators, critics, colleagues, etc.) compared to efforts made on social networks. Moreover, looking at the last two or three years and the dissemination of art within the web3/NFT space, I am even more inclined to think that enormous efforts on social networks to build an audience do not correspond to the expected results. Ultimately, finding the right balance between digital and real-world engagement I think is the key. Appreciate sharing perspectives on this topic.

For now my only possibility is to share my work online, I don't even want to sell it but unfortunately we're all burdened to different algorithms on different apps. And this is my real life job as well. It really takes a toll on me to have to be on so many apps at once yet can't keep consistency in none.
