Definitely go with Paxlovid in my opinion. Consider adding zinc and antiviral supplements to your regimen. The goal is to prevent the virus from replicating and taking hold, so she doesn’t risk long-term issues like Long COVID.

Not exactly sure how it would work, but I imagine you’d want a central truss for power management. Starship already has the capability to support itself at 1G and will likely be handling 6+ month deep space missions with life support by then. Low Earth Orbit is a breeze in comparison.
