anyone can now add to the daily 5 USDC rewards for top casters using this frame

built this over the weekend, the process is simple:
- donate any amount of ETH to the pool (on @base)
- daily @ 6pm UTC the pool balance gets distributed among the 5 USDC recipients (- 5% fee)
