@Swisstronik is a Tier 1 blockchain solution built on the Cosmos SDK framework and offers Ethereum compatibility as well as additional features. It integrates an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) with private execution capabilities using Intel SGX. The community is actively developing and gaining even more momentum, and they now have a testnet available.
