Today was a cheat meal and it was like a breath of fresh air.

I will treat myself once a week and have a cheat meal and eat spicy, salty, delicious food instead of bland chicken.

2 days have passed and I'm already tired of eating rice with steamed chicken :)

I had a gastroscopy and they found gastritis, damn, I’ll have to go on a diet for 2 months, fk

I ate Asian rice with vegetables and pork, it was just great.
